This notice explains what personal information Apollo Growth collects through apollogrowth.org, why, and what you can do about it.

The data controller for information collected through this website is Apollo Growth, based in Athens, Greece. For any privacy question, contact info@apollogrowth.org.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with this site, we may collect: your full name, business name, business website, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, approximate annual revenue range, approximate number of employees, and whatever you write describing your business problem or engagement objectives, all submitted through the enquiry form. If you contact us directly by WhatsApp or email, we collect whatever information that conversation contains.
Why we collect it
To read, assess and personally respond to your enquiry, and to arrange and conduct a conversation about a potential engagement. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
Legal basis for processing
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you have chosen to send us, and to take steps at your request before entering into a potential engagement.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form submits directly to our website's form processor (provided by Netlify, our hosting provider), which forwards the submission to info@apollogrowth.org. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried over WhatsApp's own infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy and terms, which are outside Apollo Growth's control.
Service providers
We do not sell your information. We are not able to say we never share information with any third party, because this website, its enquiry form and its email are run using outside service providers who necessarily handle data on our behalf in order for the site to function, currently including a website hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify) and an email provider (Proton Mail). We do not share your information with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process or store data outside Greece or the European Economic Area.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only while the enquiry or a resulting engagement is active. Once an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, or an engagement concludes, we delete the information unless we are required to keep it for a defined legal, tax or accounting purpose.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. Just email us and we'll deal with it directly.
Right to complain
If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you can also complain to the relevant data protection authority. For Greece, this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), www.dpa.gr.
