About the founder

Three decades in business. One focus now: yours.

Business has never just been about the numbers. It's about solving problems, building systems, and helping owners see the opportunities they're too close to their own business to notice. Over three decades I've founded, owned, operated, and grown companies across healthcare, medical services, beauty, automotive sales, and professional services, including businesses generating more than €15 million a year, and one I built and later sold outright for more than €8 million.

Since that exit, my focus has shifted to helping other business owners: working hands-on with entrepreneurs across four countries to find blind spots, tighten operations, and build systems that hold up long after I've left the room. Over the last two years I've paired that experience with AI, not as a buzzword but as a way to analyse a business faster, automate the repetitive parts, and surface opportunities that used to take weeks to find.

Do you only work with businesses in Athens?

No. We're based in Athens and work with businesses here, but also internationally, in person or remotely, depending on what makes sense for you.

Do I need to already be using AI, or have a big budget for it?

No. Most of what we do doesn't involve AI or new software at all. It's only applied where it actually saves time or money, never for its own sake.

What if I'm not sure we're the right fit?
