Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information Apollo Growth collects through apollogrowth.org, why, and what you can do about it.
Data controller
The data controller for information collected through this website is Apollo Growth, based in Athens, Greece. For any privacy question, contact info@apollogrowth.org.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with this site, we may collect: your full name, business name, business website, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, approximate annual revenue range, approximate number of employees, and whatever you write describing your business problem or engagement objectives, submitted through the enquiry forms. The business review page also asks for your last name and any comments, and keeps the reference code from the link you followed and the campaign it came from, so we know which message you are replying to. If you contact us directly by WhatsApp or email, we collect whatever information that conversation contains.
Required and optional information
The fields marked as required are needed so that we can identify the enquiry and respond meaningfully. Optional fields may be left blank. Choosing not to provide optional information will not prevent the form from being submitted.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess and respond to enquiries, arrange potential engagements, administer any resulting engagement, and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations.
Legal basis for processing
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you have chosen to send us, and to take steps at your request before entering into a potential engagement.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form submits directly to our website's form processor (provided by Netlify, our hosting provider), which forwards the submission to info@apollogrowth.org. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried over WhatsApp's own infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy and terms, which are outside Apollo Growth's control. If you choose to book a time directly through our Calendly scheduling link, the name, email address and any other details you provide are collected by Calendly on their platform, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy, which is outside Apollo Growth's control.
Service providers
We do not sell personal information or share it for another organisation's independent marketing purposes. We use service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries, including Netlify for website hosting and form processing, Proton Mail for email, Smartlead for sending our business emails, and Calendly for optional appointment scheduling. These providers process information as part of delivering their services to Apollo Growth.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process or store data outside Greece or the European Economic Area.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We count page visits on our own server, without cookies, to see how many people read the site; to stop misuse, the server keeps a coded form of each visitor's IP address. Some of our emails include our signature image, loaded from this website: when an email program loads it, we record the time, the network (IP) address, the type of email program and the approximate location (country and city) of the request, to see whether the email was opened. Most email programs let you block images, which stops this. If you open our Calendly scheduling tool, Calendly may set its own cookies to provide the booking functionality, as explained in Calendly's own privacy policy. Calendly is only loaded if you choose to use it.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting engagement, and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Information is reviewed periodically and deleted when it is no longer required for those purposes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@apollogrowth.org. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Right to complain
If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you can also complain to the relevant data protection authority. For Greece, this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), www.dpa.gr.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, service providers or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated date.
